Can I change plans anytime?
You can request plan changes at any time. The effective date of upgrades or downgrades depends on your current billing cycle and payment provider rules.
What happens if I exceed my link limit?
Your existing links and QR codes keep working. Creating new ones pauses until you delete a link or move to a plan with more room. The limit counts the links you have, not clicks or a billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Refund requests are handled case by case according to applicable consumer law and payment provider policy.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
We do not run a traditional free trial right now. You can stay on the Free plan as long as you need before upgrading.
Does Appy show ads on my links?
No. There are no ads on any plan, including Free.
Which plans include the API, the MCP server and the SDK?
The REST API and the MCP server come with Business and Enterprise. The native iOS and Android SDK, with deferred deep linking and install attribution, is part of Enterprise. Store routing, opening the installed app, QR codes and click analytics need no SDK on any plan.
Can I use my own domain for my links?
Yes. Business includes one custom domain and Enterprise up to three. You add one DNS record, Appy checks it and sets up HTTPS for you, and every link then works on your domain as well as on appy.to.
Do links or QR codes ever expire?
No. A link or QR code keeps redirecting until you delete it, whether it gets clicks every day or none for years. Some link platforms switch off links after a stretch without clicks; Appy doesn't, on any plan, including Free.
What happens to my links if I cancel?
Canceling a paid plan moves you back to the Free tier. Existing redirects keep working, but custom slugs, deeplinks, and advanced analytics pause until you upgrade again. API keys and the MCP server stop working when an account drops below Business. Links on your own domain then redirect to the same links on appy.to, so printed QR codes keep working.
