Can I change plans anytime?
You can request plan changes at any time. The effective date of upgrades or downgrades depends on your current billing cycle and payment provider rules.
What happens if I exceed my link limit?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. Existing links keep working, but creating new links or QR codes pauses until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade.
Do you offer refunds?
Refund requests are handled case by case according to applicable consumer law and payment provider policy.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
We do not run a traditional free trial right now. You can stay on the Free plan as long as you need before upgrading.
What happens to my links if I cancel?
Canceling a paid plan moves you back to the Free tier. Existing redirects keep working, but custom slugs, deeplinks, and advanced analytics pause until you upgrade again.
